Terms of Service
Last updated: March 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Master Human Behavior ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and [Company Legal Name], [Street Address], [City], Spain ("we", "us", "the Company").
2. Description of Service
Master Human Behavior is an AI-powered behavioral training platform. The Platform provides interactive voice-based, video-based, and text-based practice scenarios where users engage with AI-generated personas to develop communication and interpersonal skills. The Platform also provides AI-generated performance evaluations, feedback, and progress tracking.
3. AI-Generated Content & Training Materials
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE
All training content on this Platform is generated by artificial intelligence. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Training scenarios: All practice scenarios, dialogue scripts, persona prompts, and situation descriptions are created by AI language models. They are fictional and do not depict real events, real people, or real organizations.
- AI personas: The characters you interact with during training sessions are entirely AI-generated. Their names, roles, personalities, voices, and behaviors are synthetic. They do not represent real individuals.
- Voice responses: All voice and speech output during sessions is generated by AI text-to-speech and conversational AI models (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs). No human operators or actors are involved in live sessions.
- Performance evaluations: All scores, feedback, coaching advice, and debrief reports are generated by AI models analyzing your conversation transcripts. These are automated assessments, not expert human evaluations.
- Website images: Visual assets on this website — including illustrations, feature graphics, and promotional imagery — are AI-generated. They do not depict real people, real places, or real events. No photographs of actual individuals are used without explicit permission.
- Video content: Training and instructional videos may contain AI-generated visuals, narration, or avatars. Any such content is clearly synthetic.
No Real-World Sourcing
Training materials are not copied, scraped, or derived from real conversations, real therapy sessions, real negotiations, real interviews, or real interpersonal interactions. All scenarios are original AI-generated content designed for educational practice.
Not Professional Advice
AI-generated feedback and evaluations are for educational and self-improvement purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as professional advice — including but not limited to psychological, therapeutic, medical, legal, career, or business advice. Any resemblance between AI-generated scenarios and real-world situations is coincidental. Use your own judgment in real-world situations.
AI Transparency (EU AI Act Art. 50)
In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), Article 50:
- You are interacting with an AI system, not a human, during all practice sessions
- Voice responses are AI-generated synthetic audio
- Evaluations and scores are produced by automated AI processing
- The AI has limitations in accuracy, cultural understanding, and contextual judgment
4. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Voice Data Processing & Consent
Voice and video practice modes require microphone access. Before your first voice session, you will be asked to provide explicit consent for voice data processing. This consent is required by:
- GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — consent as legal basis for audio processing
- Illinois BIPA (740 ILCS 14/15) — informed written consent before voice data collection
- Two-party consent recording laws (California, Florida, Illinois, and others)
You may withdraw voice consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will disable voice and video modes but will not affect your access to text-based (chat) training. For full details on how we handle voice data, see our Privacy Policy, Section 2.3.
6. Subscriptions, Payments & Auto-Renewal
6.1 Subscription Plans
The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
As required by the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17600) and the FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule:
- Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate
- You will receive a confirmation email after subscribing, including renewal terms and cancellation instructions
- You will receive a reminder before any price increase or before a free trial converts to a paid subscription
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation is available online with the same ease as signup
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. EU consumers may exercise their withdrawal right (see Section 7 below). For all other refund requests, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
