Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a number of rights over your personal data. If you are located in California or another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation, the CCPA/CPRA provides you with additional rights.

You need to be logged in to submit a GDPR/CCPA data rights request through this form, so we can verify your identity and match the request to your account.

Alternatively, you can email your request directly to privacy@masterhumanbehavior.com from the email address associated with your account, including your name and the nature of your request.

Response Timeline

  • We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12(3).
  • For complex requests, we may extend this by an additional 60 days, and will inform you of any extension within the initial 30-day period.
  • Requests are free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (Art. 12(5)).
