Practice Scenarios
Choose from available training tracks and phases. Each scenario puts you in a realistic behavioral simulation with an AI persona.
Earn XP
Pass with a score of 70 or higher to earn experience points. XP scales with difficulty — harder scenarios mean bigger rewards. First-time passes earn full XP.
Unlock New Content
Reach level thresholds to unlock new phases and scenarios. Each phase has a required level — hit it, and a new tier of behavioral training opens up.
Track Structure
Hierarchical content organization for systematic mastery
Each track covers a behavioral discipline — from negotiation tactics to emotional intelligence. Tracks contain multiple phases that progressively increase in complexity.
Phases group scenarios by skill level and topic. Each phase has a required level — you must reach that level to unlock it. Higher phases demand greater mastery.
Every scenario awards XP based on its base value multiplied by its difficulty rating. A difficulty-5 scenario with 20 base XP yields 100 XP. First-time passes earn full XP — retries let you improve your score without double-dipping on experience.
